Cortijo Escondido is located 7 km from the town center of Arcos de la Frontera (Cadiz) , an spectacular town with 30.000 inhabitants, located on the top of a clliff.

RULES
Pool: Please be aware that the pool is not fenced, so if you are traveling with children or people who cannot swim, they should always be guarded. It is verydangerous to jump or walk along the edge of the pool or diving headfirst. DO NOT handle pool controls or irrigation programmers. If there is a problem, do not hesitate to contact us.
Toilets: We have a septic tank system. For proper operation, we ask you not to deposit sanitary pads, tampons and other materials in the toilets. Only toilet paper. There are bins available in all the bathrooms.
Smoking prohibited: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house, particularly in the bedrooms. In the outdoor areas, please turn off cigarettes and deposit the buts in the available ashtrays.
Water: The running water is from a well. It can be used for cooking, brushing teeth, ... however, we ask you to drink bottled water. We also kindly (and strongly) urge you to help us save water.
Fire prevention: Do not leave the fireplace or barbecue unattended or use flammable materials. Turn off cigarettes in ashtrays.
Pets: Pets are welcome, but please be responsible for their behaviour and hygiene during the stay.
Fireplace: Be very careful when handling the fireplace. Always use the available tools to open the door and do not leave the door open if unattended. Olive wood is courtesy of the house, but only for use during your stay. If you run out of it, please let us know so we can provide more.
Waste: We do not have a waste collection service, so please, before leaving the house, take all your waste to the bins located in the petrol station (ARGOMAR) on the road to Arcos de la Frontera from the Cortijo. If you have not taken all your waste after leaving the house, we will withhold 50 euros from the deposit.
Cleaning: House cleaning, sheets and towels are included in the price. However, we hope they leave the house tidy, the kitchen clean and the tableware well kept.

Parties and events: it is forbidden to hold parties and events or celebrations with more people than the agreed upon when making the reservation.
Check-in and check-out times: Check-in time is at 5:00 p.m. and check-out at 11:00 a.m. If you need to arrive earlier or leave later, let us know when you make the reservation and we will inform you if it is possible.
